Jabari Long is a recurring character on All American. He is portrayed by Simeon Daise.
Jabari is a talented football player from South Crenshaw. Thanks to his coach, Billy Baker, he received a full-ride athletic scholarship to Coastal California College, where he began attending after graduating from high school and became a member of the university's football team, the Coastal California Manta Rays.
When Jabari was still in high school, his team's bus crashed, and he got stuck inside. Billy went back to save him, but in doing so, he tragically died in Jabari's place. This left Jabari with immense guilt, which he was able to overcome after receiving forgiveness from Billy's wife, Laura.
