Frank Jeremy is a minor character on All American, starting from season seven. He is Cassius Jeremy's Father and KJ's paternal grandfather. It is revealed that he is Billy Baker's biological half-brother and the uncle to Jordan and Olivia. He is portrayed by Steve Harris.

Season Seven[]
In "Just a Friend", Frank shows up in the stands to watch KJ play his final regular season game. After KJ and Cassius finish the game, they see Frank in his office. It is revealed that KJ invited his grandfather to the game and that Frank and Cassius had a plan.
In "No Role Modelz", it is revealed that Frank was the baby in the photo that Jordan found in Billy's playbook. He is Billy Baker's older half-brother and Jordan and Olivia's paternal uncle. Cassius tells KJ that the reason that they moved to Los Angeles is to destroy the Baker legacy because Frank came up with a plan to take what Billy had accomplished because Frank had felt abandoned by his birth mother and was jealous of the life that the Bakers had. At the hotel, the Jeremy family gathers to talk about the plan. Frank says that KJ is his legacy and it leads to Frank revealing that Billy called him to tell him that their mother had made a tough decision to give him up for adoption in High school. Cassius says that his father is stuck in the past, which results in Frank ultimately leaving.
