Celine Raymond is the biological mother of both Jessie Raymond and Damon Sims. She was married to Jessie Raymond Sr, but the two divorce early in the first season. Years ago, Celine had an affair with Xavier Wilson, which they believed led to the birth of their son, Damon. After problems in the Raymond marriage surrounding Celine's infidelity and issues related to J.R.'s illness, the decision was made to give custody of Damon to his believed biological father. It is later revealed that Celine and Jessie Raymond Sr. are the biological parents of Damon.
