The beach house is a primary location on All American, from season four to season six. By season seven, all of the members of the Vortex have moved out of the beach house.
History[]
Season Four[]
In "Got Your Money", JJ rents a million-dollar beach house the summer before college. The boys have been staying there all summer.
In "6 'N the Mornin", the boys are spending their last week at the beach house. Since their lease is up in a few days, JJ decides to make a toast to the best summer ever. JJ wants to keep the good times rolling, so they extend the lease for a year and keep the brotherhood together.
Season Six[]
In "Things Done Changed", JJ moves to Tibet, thereby leaving the beach house.
In "Public Service Announcement", Asher and Jaymee move out of the beach house and into the Baker family's Crenshaw home after having a baby. Jordan asks Layla to move in with him.
In "Trust Issues", Jordan mentions that the landlord is raising the rent, and he and Spencer can no longer afford to split it with two empty rooms, so they start looking for roommates. They decide to let Charissa and Greg move in, as they seem like the perfect couple, but their fights begin as soon as they move in.
In "Connection", Greg breaks up with Charissa and moves out of the beach house.
In "100%", Spencer hands Olivia a key and asks her to move in with him. Olivia agrees, but only if Charissa moves out. Spencer says it’s a done deal, and Charissa is moved out by "Mass Appeal".
In "I Do (Part 2)", Laura offers the lease to the Baker house to Jordan and Layla, so they move back to Beverly Hills. Spencer and Olivia move to New York right after their wedding.
